Through the SMART Guernsey Partnership, we are dedicated to working alongside the States of Guernsey to unlock the power of technology and help create the best public services of any small jurisdiction in the world.

  • There are 3 things I love about working for Agilisys Guernsey – the opportunity, the variety and the people. As Head of IT Services, I lead a team of 60 responsible for the delivery of day to day IT Services as well as bringing into service the new systems and applications being delivered under our SMART Guernsey Partnership with the States. In recent months our team has played a key role supporting the Bailiwick’s response to COVID-19. From enabling thousands of States employees to deliver services remotely, to setting up new IT services for Public Health, Emergency Services and Business Support, we’re proud to be part of #GuernseyTogether.

  • By nature, I love problem-solving, and my role provides that in all shapes and sizes – from a problem with a system transaction to designing a new business system to meet a customer or design requirement. Our Partnership with the States also allows the work we do to have a direct benefit – not only for States staff, but also for the whole community.

  • I love working with all the different services and departments across the States of Guernsey. I may be working with law enforcement on one project, and Health and Social Care on another – engaging with harbours and airports or education, and understanding what makes them tick. Ultimately, making a positive difference to the services they can provide.

  • I love the diversity of our work for the States of Guernsey as well as the opportunities to learn new skills. It is an exciting time to see the positive changes we can bring to the island through digital transformation, and make a difference within the community.
